🧩 Background
Our warehouses faced inefficiencies in pick operations due to default system allocation logic. Customer Service Reps had to manually intervene to fix allocations, which slowed down order fulfillment and added unnecessary strain on our team.
🧠 My Role
I recognized the gap and independently explored a new system-based allocation logic. I tested multiple configurations using live order scenarios, refined the logic for different client setups, and successfully deployed the change without external vendor support.
