Our organization needed to transition to a new WMS platform to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and unify processes across two distinct business units. The scope included RF software integration, client migration, and full staff enablement — all under tight timelines and resource constraints.
🧠 My Role
As part of a four-person implementation team (including my manager), I contributed to:
- System configuration and testing across multiple warehouse workflows
- RF software setup and validation
- User Acceptance Testing (UA) for operational readiness
- Client onboarding and billing logic setup for over 100 accounts
- Staff training support and documentation development
