Upon joining the business solutions department, I inherited a freight billing modification that was entirely non-functional — leading to delays and inaccurate charges.

I reverse-engineered the modification logic, tested functionality from scratch, and worked directly with our system vendor’s support team to identify gaps and correct behavior.
