I independently identified two critical onboarding bottlenecks: supervisors were slowed by a manual barcode generation and formatting process, and inconsistent password setups were compromising security protocols. These changes reduced onboarding time and improved system integrity, demonstrating the power of streamlined solutions and proactive problem-solving.
